Optix doesn’t rely on an existing provider’s infrastructure or equipment to deliver your connection, which allows for a faster, more reliable service. You therefore need a separate fiber optic cable and ONT (known as a Optix Router) installed by us for your Optix broadband, Xtream TV and phone service.

Once you have placed your order for service and completed necessary pre-requisites like verification and payments, you will be able to book your fiber cable installation within 7 working days. Your service can be activated right away once your fiber cable installation has been installed. You can book your fiber cable installation through Optix sign-up page on our website.

If you have placed a pre-order for service, it may take longer for your Fiber cable installation to become available, as there may be ongoing work taking place at your building, area or in your society.

We’re working as quickly as possible to bring Optix Fiber to your home. We’re still evaluating the results of the site survey but we don’t yet have a specific timeframe for your installation.
