• All prices are exclusive of all Government Taxes and are payable at the time of signup.
• CPE (Customer Premises Device) will remain Optix property and will be retrieved, in case of disconnection.
• Prices may vary depending on the dollar and inflation rate in Pakistan
• This offer is valid for residential customers only.
• One-time installation cost is nonrefundable after activation.
• Additional charges may apply for add-on services.
• Optix in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or amend any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions without any prior notice.
• Fair usage policy applies.
• Package cannot be downgrade till three months.
• Dual band ONT will install on 50 MBPS and above packages.
• Monthly recurring charges will billed in advance.
• 1 year Replacement warranty provided by the company, excluding damage caused by breakage or burning of the product.
• After paying the installation charges the services are free for 3 months.
• IPTV box will be provided on rental bases of 750+ taxes monthly.
• Free replacement of IPTV box will be provided if the box is not burnt or damaged.
• Package cannot be downgraded during the subscription period.
• If dual band ONT is required on single band packages the charges of dual band ONT 14,999+ taxes will be apply.
• Additional bandwidth of 10 MBPS on the package of OptiFlix 20 MBPS will be applicable for 6 month from the date of subscription.
