Optix is expanding rapidly right across in different cities of Pakistan. We invest heavily in our infrastructure and work hard continuously to bring the Pakistan’s fastest broadband, High Definition TV and crystal-clear home phone services to more buildings, societies, areas and cities nationwide.

My Optix allows you to keep track of your order, review your bills, make payments, get technical assistance and update your profile details – plus lots more.

It allows you to stay in control and keep your account details up to date by simply logging in. You can also view the live status of your service and, in the unlikely event of an outage, get information on resolution and timescales.

You can log in to My Optix app your account details, which you would have received via email when you ordered your Optix service.

If you’ve forgotten your My Account username, you can still access your account by entering your registered email address in the username field and entering your password.

If you’ve forgotten your My Optix App password, click here and select ‘Forgotten password’. We will then SMS you a code which will allow you to reset your account login details.
