The packages we provide are divided into Broadband Only and Broadband & Xtream TV, Xtream VoD, Xtream Smart TV App and Home Phone services. You can choose to add Xtream TV, Xtream VOD, Xtream Smart TV App and home phone service or take the broadband on its own:

Our home phone service comes with free calls to Optix Pakistan landlines, and you can also choose to add additional call bundles.

We provide our customers with an Optix Router (ONT) for the duration of the contract. Your Optix ONT router remains the property of Optix, and should be returned to us in case of service termination or left for another tenant to use in case of moving home. We do not provide any handsets for Broadband & Phone packages.

We provide IPTV Box depends on your city. Customer is responsible to purchase IPTV Box for Xtream TV services.

Our 100 Mbps broadband is particularly suitable for customers that download lots of large files or streams 4k video content on more than 1 TV in their home. On our 100 Mbps package, you can download an HD movie (5GB) in only 7 minutes, compared with 1 hour and eleven minutes on 10 Mbps. The difference is even more pronounced when downloading 4K movies (100GB) or video games (25GB).

When selecting your broadband speed, you should consider the number of people in your home and devices that will be connected. Your broadband speed is shared between these devices. It’s not unusual for one person to be on the phone, laptop/iPad and streaming TV all at the same time. Your online experience might be slower than you’d like when you start sharing your 10 Mb connection with multiple people and devices.

No way! We want you to use and enjoy your broadband or Megabit connections. There are no caps or limits to the amount of data you can send or receive but you should read our fair usage policy.

Yes, all customers will receive a Optix Router (ONT) when they order a service from us. Please note the provided router / ONT will remains company’s property and you are liable to return it after termination of services.

Yes. Our Optix Network Terminal Box includes advanced Wi-Fi, designed to give you access to Optix Fiber throughout your home.

We don’t currently provide email addresses for customers, so it may be worth checking with the provider that supplied you with your current email address(es) that your email will work with a different ISP. There are a number of alternative email providers you could explore, many of whom will provide you with a free account such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail and AOL.

You can make changes to your package once a month. There is no extra cost for this.

Your contract will restart on the day of the change, and your invoices will be pro-rated and adjusted to reflect the package change. The package change will also trigger a restart of the minimum period.
