Optix Bill Collection Through Jazz Cash App

Customer will login to Jazz Cash App
Select option “Internet Payments”
Select option “Optix”
Customer will enter his Consumer No. and press continue
Customer will verify Bill amount and click on “Confirm” payment option
Customer will enter his MPIN and press pay button

Transaction receipt will appear and will also receive transaction confirmation SMS on his mobile number on real time basis.

Bill Cash Deposit Through JazzCash Agents

Customer will visit JazzCash agents for the Optix bill payment.
JazzCash agent will select company name “Optix” from drop down list and enter Consumber No. and Mobile No. provided by customer.
System will fetch amount to paid against provided Consumer No.
Agent will verify amount from customer and press pay button
Upon successful processing of transaction customer will receive transaction confirmation SMS on his mobile number on real time
Agent will collect cash from customer

Jazz Cash Bill Collection Through USSD

Customer with Jazz network SIM can follow following process for USSD transaction.

Dial *7863 for USSD menu
Select option 2 “Pay Bills” and press send button
Select option 5 “Internet” and press send button
Select option 7 “Optix” and press send button
Enter consumer code
Customer will verify his bill amount and enter MPIN

Customer will receive transaction confirmation SMS on his mobile number on real time basis. After successful transaction, customer JC wallet account will be debited and transaction. Confirmation sms will be received on his mobile number on real time basis.
